  • Front desk
  • Assist with non-degree program support, including preparing course materials, duplicating, filing, and data entry. Work with EDP staff and other student assistants in a friendly environment. Experience working with video editing a plus.
  • Dependable and punctual; hard-working; professional demeanor important; able to work independently with limited supervision; willing to assist other staff and student assistants with various assignments; willing to learn new office, organizational, and computer skills.

  Required Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational skills and time management

Preferred Qualifications:
  •  Technical triage ability around UT software (Zoom, Duo, etc.)
