Work Study & Non-Work Study: ID Card Services Agent
We will be hiring WS and Non-WS student employees for this position.
This is a seasonal student position that will assist core Service Desk and ID Center staff with ID card hand out duties to ensure safety and security to individuals through adherence to processes.
Duties:
- Print online ID card submissions
- ID Card hand out, following specified processes
- Alphabetize ID cards to prepare for hand-out
- Communicate with customers about card pick-up status
- Follow strict identification process and utilize available data to check EID upgrade status
- Move flexibly between roles to fill in for staff members taking breaks/lunches
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Active student status at a higher education institution.
- Enrolled in at least six credit hours.
Working arrangements:
On-Campus job, working alongside other student and full time employees and interacting with customers.
****At least 19 hours of availability Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
