Freelance Account Associate/Operations- Entry Level

Fox Ad Sales is looking for a Freelance Account Associate, Operations. As the Freelance Account Associate, Operations, you will assist the Operations Manager(s) in the day-to-day activities of the Sales Operations team within the Revenue Analysis & Strategy area. You will interact and partner with Sales teams, P&P teams, Traffic, and Finance.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform tasks in AOS/On Air, including but not limited to:
  • Process Financial Documents
  • Map Agencies
  • User Access
  • Book Marketing Elements
  • Cover two systems (ONAIR/AOS) and numerous peripheral systems (Fox.ai, Salesforce for Credit Memos)
  • Work with Associates to ensure traffic is received on a timely basis
  • Execute VOD contracts weekly
  • Execute Fox Market Place Contracts
  • Pull and distribute Nielsen data twice daily to MIS
  • Assist Ops Manager(s) on Ad Hoc basis
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Strong Excel experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
