B2B Marketing Specialist

Job Description

1. Work with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including awareness and demand generation programs across all marketing channels, to support revenue and branding objectives.
2. Collaborate with sales stakeholders to build integrated marketing, communications plans, and sales collateral to support the business to increase engagement and ultimately accelerate sales.
3. Help define the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy to enable successful campaigns.
4. Understand market trends, and competitive forces to help craft strong merchant and buyer narratives.
5. Develop collateral and sales tools to our Business Development teams, to help them be more efficient and effective.
6. Bring innovative ideas to the table to help drive our growth.

Position Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. 2+ years of marketing experience at either an agency or brand
3. Graphic design skills are a must
4. Proven success in leading both marketing and creative initiatives
5. Background in B2B marketing and/or experience in marketing to enterprise audiences
6. Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs
7. Email marketing experience
8. Social Media & Blog posting experience
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Customer-focused and have a passion for solving real customer problems.
11. Positive, energetic, and exude a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with team members.
12. Able to manage multiple competing priorities, choosing to execute those activities that will deliver the greatest impact (you know how to herd cats, and you like doing it!)

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in the Industrial Automation, Material Handling, Logistics, or Manufacturing industries.
2. Art Direction experience is a plus.
3. Creative agency experience preferred.
4. Experience working in a start-up environment.
