Account Manager

Volte, Inc. is a privately owned, sales, and marketing company located in Arlington, Texas. We are an outsourced sales and marketing firm for Fortune 500 companies that have traditional print and indirect forms of marketing to reach their customers.

Volte builds long-term lucrative relationships through consistency and profitability for our clients and employees. We strive to deliver the best consumer experience to our clients' business customers. By personally meeting face-to-face with business customers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we are able to build trust and real relationships on behalf of our clients. The Account Manager position is entry-level. Experience in sales and customer service is not required as we will develop every team member by providing both extensive and in-depth on-the-job training. With set individual mentors, our team members will have guidance in every phase. We begin by teaching the basics of sales and marketing and have additional training opportunities that cover team leadership, market expansion, and entrepreneurship.

Our clients include Staples, Amazon, Verizon, and many more. They are growing and have a high demand to open up new markets around the country. This position is NOT a seniority-based position, every person that starts in our company has the opportunity to advance on a performance basis. 

Responsibilities:
  • Representing clients with professionalism and integrity
  • Meet face-to-face with decision-makers at multiple businesses
  • Acquiring new business clients
  • Retaining current business relationships
  • Weekly meetings with managers
  • Territory management
  • Record and report client market data
