Job Duties and Responsibilities
This position will be working on site.
- Front desk/phone coverage; take accurate messages.
- Schedule physical therapy patients.
- Answer visitors' questions; direct to the appropriate location.
- Assist administrative office staff as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work immediately, through the summer (2023).
- Excellent organization and customer service skills.
- Willingness and ability to maintain prompt and regular job attendance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Windows operation systems.
- Quick learner.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Schedule
- Up to 10 hours per week
- Flexible, M-F, 8 am-5 pm
