Social Media Engager

The primary purpose of this position is to create organic engagement for clients and company social media profiles. Engagers are also considered the first line of customer service by
responding to questions and concerns that are posted through social media and will be
responsible for getting answers through the appropriate channels.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES
-Organic and Paid Follow Invitations
-Following/Unfollowing Account Management
-Responding to Comments and -Questions Posted on Social Media Profiles
-Responding to Direct Messages and -Clearing out the Inbox on Resolved Communications
-Researching and Finding Appropriate Facebook Groups for Affinity Weddings and Clientele Brands
-Facebook Group Management for the Company and Client Brands
-Creating Captions and uploads for Same Day Postings
