University - Rotational Program - Digital
Summary
The College Recruits Excelling at Work-Digital Program (CREW) will provide training and development in a 2-year rotational program under the leadership of an assigned mentor. Each rotation will last approximately 8 months across various Digital and Supporting organizations. The program will also provide opportunities to network, participate in social events and professionally develop. After successful completion of the program, graduates will transition into one of the previously mentioned areas.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety and quality standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern
- Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM’s Core Values
- Execution of 3 rotations among some of the following areas: OneInsight (web platform), Mobile Platform, Quality, HSE, Advanced Engineering, or others as identified.
- Present to executives as the conclusion of each rotation and as the culmination of the programÂ
Job Qualifications
- Majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering
- Anticipated graduation date of May 2021
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (both cumulative and major)
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Web development (Angular preferred)
- C# (or other C-based languages)
- Xamarin
- Strong attention to detail and analytical and problem solving skills
- Agility in networking across department to learn about multiple functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess the desire to learn new and challenging skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable working in a shop environment
- Availability to travel up to 25%

Work Conditions
- Work is conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting
- Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the core work hours of 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
Physical and Mental Requirements
