Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Manager


Location

  • Tempe, AZ

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm and on-call

Scope of Work

Under the oversight of the Program Director, this position is responsible for all daily functions of the assigned assisted group living treatment facilities, including staff, clients, house upkeep and needs, as well as licensure regulations. BHT Managers will provide supervisory functions as well as provide direct care with staff.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 21+ years or older.
  • Valid AZ Driver's License, acceptable MVR and insurance
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Two years’ experience in behavioral field
  • One year supervisory experience; combination of training, experience and/or education may substitute.
  • Valid Certified Caregiver Certification
