Home Improvements Program Coordinator

Location

  • Phoenix, AZ

Schedule

  • Full Time, Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm

Scope of Work

Program Coordinator acts as a liaison between FSL Home Improvements, the clients, and the funding sources. The Coordinator determines eligibility for all applicants applying for the programs and evaluates the work performed according to program guidelines or Housing Quality Standards. The Coordinator will make a determination if a subcontractor should be utilized to perform the work vs. FSL Home Improvements. A work order is developed and cost estimates are determined. Contractual guidelines are established with subcontractors. If there are fees involved, the Coordinator will be responsible for the collection of those fees.

Minimum Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain
  • Valid AZ Driver's License and acceptable MVR
  • Pass 5 panel drug test
  • 1 year experience in construction or social services industry
  • 1 year experience with CDBG/Rehabilitation, HUD and other State and Federal Housing Programs
  • 1 year experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, etc)

Preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience performing housing quality standards inspections
