Business Development - Camp Software (Remote Based)

We are continuing to expand and are looking for a full-time ambitious and skilled Business Development - Camp Software professional to be based remotely within the U.S. The ideal candidate will be excited to join the Togetherwork Camp Software team in a critical sales role that will be integral to achieving company revenue objectives. As part of the team, the primary purpose of the role will be to sell our suite of camp software products within a given territory by acquiring new customers through networking, prospecting and lead follow up. Success will be measured by 1) achieving the sales quota and 2) completing/scheduling a set amount of appointments monthly.
 
Responsibilities
  • Build, organize, and execute a business development plan to achieve business aims and sales targets. 
  • Strategically source potential client opportunities via cold calling, (cold) emailing campaigns, and through interaction with professional industry network groups.
  • Utilize and develop innovative sales strategies to maximize results and win over challenging targets.
  • Schedule online product demonstrations with prospective clients and customers to understand pain points and highlight features within CircuiTree’s platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on CircuiTree’s CRM system, Salesforce.
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly sales KPI's and targets.
  • Establish, development, and maintain regular contact with prospective clients and new accounts.
  • Continue to identify upgrade opportunities with the existing client base and generate new sales from these organizations.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, development, and presentation of proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. 
  • You have 2+ years of sales experience with a software company (Inside sales, retail, outside sales, etc.). 
  • You can effectively interface with all levels and teams on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis.
  • You are comfortable navigating software and conducting webinars/tutorials.
  • You have a focused, “hunter” mentality to find, solicit, and drive new business to the company.
  • Previous success working independently and/or self-motivated without need for constant direct oversight. 
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus.
  • High level of tact and integrity.
  • Consultative selling and closing skills, or the aptitude to learn.
  • Strong technical understanding of the product and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion and partnering skills
  • Ability to set own appointments.
  • Strong organizational skills along with the ability to handle multiple priorities quickly and efficiently while working within tight deadlines are imperative. 
  • Driven, high energy, flexible and positive attitude.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
