FIRM CULTURE

DCG is a boutique firm, which means you will have an opportunity to touch every aspect of the business, as well as interact with all our management team and advisors.

Associates are expected to be able to manage their own schedule and commitments, so we do not micro-manage work. You will be given significant responsibility in representing the firm, as you will be the first interaction most companies will have us.

COMPENSATION

The position is paid based on the deals you work on that ultimately close, which can be relatively lucrative and exceed standard salary rates. If the Associate is selected for continued employment after the 6 month term, they will receive a base salary plus bonuses.

More importantly, this position is an excellent opportunity to gain private equity experience. During the program, you will have access to senior professionals and advisors with extensive experience in private equity, investment banking, operations, and working with the military. You will learn about private equity investing, M&A, corporate finance, accounting, legal, operational turnarounds, various industries, networking, etc.
