Site Ambassador
If you like people and working with children, this position could be perfect for you! The Site Ambassador position with British Swim School is the smiling face when customers first arrive at their pool site. You are responsible for greeting customers, making their experience personable and memorable, attending to customer needs, taking pictures and posting on social media, and assisting the instructors as needed while keeping a watchful eye on the pool deck to ensure everyone’s safety.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Open and close the assigned location at the beginning and end of every shift.
- Check in students and ensure they are placed with the proper instructor.
- Proactively communicate important messages to customers. Answer all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the instructor from the pool deck when they request assistance.
- Ensure that all areas of the pool deck are kept clean and safe.
- Promote and procure sibling, parent and multi-day enrollment.
Salary is $16/hour when you receive a perfect attendance bonus.
