Business Development Associate

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them. You will email, call and use social media to communicate with prospects in order to generate meetings for our sales leads.
You will report to the Director of Sales.

The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our services.

This position has a huge potential for growth for someone who is driven and hungry.
This position is hourly plus bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understand all of the company’s service offerings and clearly communicates them to clients and prospective clients
  • Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline
  • Maintain client information in the CRM database (HubSpot)
  • Implement sales strategies and analyze sales data to inform or update sales strategies
  • Assist with sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
  • Provide ideas to attract new clients and expand sales
  • Make contacts with potential clients and follows a system for following up
  • Qualify new prospects
  • Coordinate with other associates to increase sales
  • Schedule meetings and presentations

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills particularly with CRMs
  • Strong organization skills
  • Friendly and personable demeanor
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Ability to organize their day and work independently
  • Ability to receive and implement daily feedback
  • Completion of a bachelor's degree

Nice to haves:
  • 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field
  • Experience with HubSpot
