Serves as a Facilities and Operations Management Specialist for the Upper Great Plains (UGP) Region with WAPA, with responsibilities in the areas of Facilities and Operations Management, Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), Performance Work Statement (PWS) development and Contract Officer Representative (COR) duties for the UGP and analysis work in Maintenance. This position will report to the State Maintenance Manager for the location selected.
