Business Development - Seller Strategy
Job Description:
- Create, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the Marketplace platform
- Introduce, execute and grow various projects that can help Shopee better manage its seller universe
- Prepare regular high quality updates to be shared with senior management
- Coordinate with Shopee’s Category management and relationship management teams to ensure that Seller management programs have high adoption and success rate
- Create, improve and monitor KPIs
- Share findings, updates and platform performance in regular updates to senior leadership including group COO
Requirements:
- Experience with management consulting, business development, sales or account management, experience in eCommerce is a plus
- Strong Data Analytics skills
- Possesses Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
