Business Development - Seller Strategy

Job Description:
  • Create, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the Marketplace platform
  • Introduce, execute and grow various projects that can help Shopee better manage its seller universe
  • Prepare regular high quality updates to be shared with senior management
  • Coordinate with Shopee’s Category management and relationship management teams to ensure that Seller management programs have high adoption and success rate
  • Create, improve and monitor KPIs
  • Share findings, updates and platform performance in regular updates to senior leadership including group COO

Requirements:
  • Experience with management consulting, business development, sales or account management, experience in eCommerce is a plus
  • Strong Data Analytics skills
  • Possesses Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
