Job Description:
  • Responsible for providing in-depth insight and analysis on Mall and/or Seller Groups in order to asses shop and account manager performance
  • Deliver impact on Mall growth by monitoring seller campaign participation, tracking marketing support and overall account management
  • Coordinate between business units and category clusters to ensure Mall specific initiatives are properly executed
  • Execute, monitor and report on key Mall initiatives and deliver potential improvements to programs
  • Assist in troubleshooting seller-related problems and providing actionable proactive solutions to potential issues
  • Supplement the management of key accounts ensuring growth on the platform of these sellers

Requirements:
  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
  • Preferably with relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Process-oriented and logical
  • Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
  • Flexible to work long hours on occasion
