Category Management Analytics
Job Description:
- Develop category campaign theme and mechanics
- Conduct category analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of different campaign mechanics, and propose growth initiatives to reach the sales target
- Identify potential product and be able to forecast on trend and upcoming sale
- Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources, and create effective internal working process
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, etc. to implement category initiatives
- Assist in overall operational execution of category campaigns and initiatives
- Provide timely in-depth reports and provide actionable suggestions based on data
- Help plan and implement other category activities, responsible for conducting market research, gather intelligence and consumer behavior research
- Assist the team in developing Joint Business Plans with counter-parties
Requirements:
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a technical fields, open to fresh grads with a bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or similar relevant field,
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Google suite
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
- Detail-oriented, responsible and is able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong comprehension, willingness to learn, adaptable, and is flexible to the pace of the industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Practices high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in VBA, SQL or Python is a plus
- Strong organizational skills is a plus
- Flexible to work long hours on occasion
