Category Management Analytics

Job Description:
  • Develop category campaign theme and mechanics
  • Conduct category analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of different campaign mechanics, and propose growth initiatives to reach the sales target
  • Identify potential product and be able to forecast on trend and upcoming sale
  • Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources, and create effective internal working process
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, etc. to implement category initiatives
  • Assist in overall operational execution of category campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide timely in-depth reports and provide actionable suggestions based on data
  • Help plan and implement other category activities, responsible for conducting market research, gather intelligence and consumer behavior research
  • Assist the team in developing Joint Business Plans with counter-parties

  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a technical fields, open to fresh grads with a bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or similar relevant field,
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Google suite
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and is able to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong comprehension, willingness to learn, adaptable, and is flexible to the pace of the industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Practices high level of confidentiality
  • Proficient in VBA, SQL or Python is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills is a plus
  • Flexible to work long hours on occasion
