English Writing, Literature Instructor
We are a Northwest Austin Learning Center which provides youth language learning, academic enrichment and other variety youth programs classes. We are seeking enthusiastic, talented, and responsible instructors to teach Elementary to Middle School level English Writing/Reading enrichment program. Experienced instructors or graduate students with teaching experiences are strongly encouraged to apply for this instructor position. If interested, please submit your resume and contact information. Succeed Roles and Responsibilities
- Teach Grammars, phonetics, and forming a cohesive paragraph
- Monitor students’ progress using written notes
- Communicated with parents regarding students’ progress
- Grade student assignments in a timely manner
- Establish a learning environment that is conducive to learning
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in teaching English preferred
- Capable to learn a wide range of Elementary to Middle School level Writing subjects
- Detail oriented, organized, responsible, patient, and punctual
- Excellent oral communication skills [it's a plus]
