Product Operator

Job responsibility:
1. Conducted market demand research, designed products, formulated a series of comprehensive product operation plans and implemented them before the project began
2. After the launch of the product, I detected the market development trend, conducted data tracking analysis, and promoted product improvement and marketing strategy change according to the data effect
3. Smooth and effective completion of business negotiations, planning and effective implementation of cooperation project plans, bring good benefits to both parties, and maintain long-term friendly cooperative relations with partners
4. Tracked the situation of network promotion and channel operation, collected market information and competition information, put forward ideas for promotion and operation, and made analysis reports
5. Combined with product promotion or brand publicity, planned and implemented activity marketing plans to promote product and brand awareness



Requirement:
1. Familiar with website products and various marketing methods, have good sensitivity to market trends, have deep insight into users, and can think from the perspective of users
2. Strong drive and execution; familiar with and love operation, good communication skill
3. Love project follow-up, resource coordination and other integration, like planning and promotion
4. Strong logical thinking, solid data analysis skills, sensitive to data, independent and complete data analysis experience, able to quickly explore the connection between business and data
5. Chinese can be used as the working language(written & oral)
6. Strong interest in product cycle process, design, strategy, analysis, understanding, evaluation and execution is preferred; experience in UserGrowth and user operation is preferred; experience in community activities is preferred
