Product Manager (to B)

Job responsibility:
1. Participate in product planning and design according to the development goals of Baidu's commercial products, and build a first-class enterprise in the Internet industry
2. Identified problems, analyzed demands, proposed and implemented solutions according to baidu's product and business development
3. Continuously monitored and analyzed product data, found improvement areas, proposed and promoted optimization schemes
4. Managed and organized projects, cooperated with technical team and operation team to promote product development
5. Mass data mining and modeling based on the behaviors of netizens and customers
6. Research, design, analysis and evaluation of commercial product realization strategies
7. Investigate and analyze the industry and competitive environment, and complete the corresponding product strategy research or evaluation report
8. Grasp and understand the changing needs of netizens and customers, and promote the upgrading and improvement of product strategies

1. Love the Internet, love Internet business products more, have a strong thirst for knowledge, have a keen insight into customer needs
2. Fresh graduates majoring in computer/information science/economics/Mathematical statistics are preferred
3. Excellent communication and cooperation skills and strong understanding and analysis skills
4. Excellent communication and cooperation skills and executive management skills
5. Pursue excellence, have the courage to work under pressure and challenge yourself
6. Chinese can be used as the working language(written & oral)
7. Experience in strategy design, interaction design, Internet product design, computer programming is preferred
8. Experience in data mining, machine learning and predictive modeling is preferred
9. Deep users of new Internet products are preferred
