Artificial Intelligence Researcher

Job responsibility:

-To conduct in-depth research in various fields of ARTIFICIAL intelligence and propose new algorithms to solve problems faced by artificial intelligence in practice

- Participate in the competition among the world's top scholars in the FIELD of AI, participate in competitions, and write papers

- Maintain and advance Baidu's leading position in artificial intelligence.

Requirement:

Keep abreast of the state of the art in machine learning algorithms, natural language understanding, knowledge mapping, image and vision, with hands-on experience in one of these areas and a deep understanding of the cutting edge

- Understand the basic principles of tools such as deep learning, probabilistic reasoning, graphical modeling, reinforcement learning, and adversarial learning, and gain an in-depth understanding of one of them

- Strong mathematical modeling ability for practical problems

- Strong practical ability, able to actually implement algorithms and systems, and carry out repeatable experiments

- Love the field of artificial intelligence, have passion, willing to conduct in-depth research in this field

- The pursuit of perfection of theory and algorithm effect

- Have a keen sense of relevant cutting-edge technologies in the industry

- Excellent logical thinking and presentation skills, quick understanding and quick delivery of information

- Chinese can be used as the working language(written & oral)

- Relevant research experience in various fields of artificial intelligence, and high-level paper publication is preferred

- Research positions, doctoral candidates preferred.
