Responsibilities

1、Work with strategy team in business plan ideation and alignments. Responsible for the implementation of the plan.

2、Produce business analysis reports every 1-2 months, with the focus on resource optimization and operation improvements.

3、Design and implement data-driven decision mechanisms along the lifecycle of game projects.

4、Serve as an expert to provide insights on project initiation and budget allocation decisions.

Qualifications

1、Expecting to graduate in 2021, bachelor degree or above; hands-on working experience in analytics.

2、Expert on data& analytics tools such as SQL, Python/R, Tableau, etc.

3、Excellent logical thinking and communications, can translate data insights into business ""so-whats"".

4、Prefer candidates with consulting/internet/tech backgrounds.

5、Gamer, especially mobile games.
