Responsibilities

1. Take the role as a data expert providing analytical and technical skills to support global products of ByteDance;

2. Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis to identify growth opportunities and deliver executable optimization plans that meet the product demands;

3. Effectively work with Product, Engineering and Operation teams to drive adoption of the analytics;

4. Analyze and evaluate product optimization, marketing launch, anomalies in key performance metrics and staged rollout;

5. Modeling and data mining in specific analysis;

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science);

2. Passion of long term engagement in Internet industry;

3. Fast learner with strong curiosity;

4. Self-starter with the ability of acquiring an in-depth understanding of the relation between data and user experience/product growth;

5. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
