2021 Securities Services Leadership Program - Summer Analyst Opportunity

Securities Services is the engine of the trade lifecycle, serving the industry’s largest institutional investors and their investment strategies. An end to end service model offers clients dedicated coverage and access to subject matter experts to address their evolving needs. Securities Services bring a unique combination of complementary business that, while distinct, work together to provide a seamless experience for institutional investors.
This program is designed to develop future leaders with a core understanding of the Securities Services business. You’ll have the opportunity to build your network, expand your professional skills and gain experience in a diverse environment.
What to Expect
Our 10-week program includes orientation, access to all of Securities Services University courses, and custom programing created to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the business. You'll work with experienced managers and team members on priority initiatives that span across all aspects of Securities Services. You will also have the opportunity to work across business areas within the Corporate and Investment Bank and around the globe. Top performers may receive a full-time offer at the end of the summer program.

You will be given the opportunity to select location preferences on your application. Potential placement could include any of our offices within the city’s metropolitan area.
About you
We’re looking for future leaders of the business, with the vision and initiative to develop solutions and drive change. You should have a strong interest in finance, project management, emerging technologies, data governance and analytics, and use of digital tools to drive innovation. Our business is constantly evolving so we rely on strong teams players who are proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is a pipeline to our full time Securities Program, which is not eligible for employer immigration sponsorship. If you require immigration sponsorship after completing your degree, you do not meet the requirements of this internship role. 
Key Attributes and Qualifications include
  • A well-rounded academic background – preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S., with an expected graduation date of December 2021 and June 2022
  • All majors considered. Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Project Management are a plus
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collect & synthesize large amounts of detailed information, and use it to propose/deliver innovative solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
