Marketing Coordinator Intern
Peach Marketing is a small marketing & advertising firm since 1990 and is located in west Austin close to Zilker Park.
We are looking for an organized, responsible Marketing Coordinator Intern. This is a unique opportunity for those interested in learning every aspect of the advertising & marketing industry. If chosen, you will interact with the president of the company daily and learn how a business works from the ground up.
Duties include:
· Client, vendor & supplier relations and correspondence
· Media planning & buying, research
· Database development
· Copywriting
· Proofreading
· Logo design
· Creation and ordering of promotion materials
· Newsletter organization and layouts
· Special event planning
· Billing and invoicing
· Job execution
Applicant must possess exceptional multi-tasking abilities, strong organizational skills, good writing & proofing skills, a keen attention to detail, and a sound business mind. Preference is sophomore or junior level to be able to commit to at least one year, preferably longer. Quickbooks experience a plus. Adobe Creative Suite knowledge IS necessary. Business Foundations Program is a plus, but not required. Need transportation, parking is free and the office building is directly on the Cap Metro route.
