Customer service and assistant
DUTIES:
- Respond to customer's emails in a timely manner with kindness, respect and care
- Send communications according to manager's request
- Able to fulfill last minute requests
- Look for & curate content for IG account
- Thoroughly understand our booking system and business (paid training $10/hr)
- Manage customer's enrollment and account in our booking system
- Mail-Chimp: add subscribers & create draft emails
- Facebook group postings
MUST BE:
- Fluent in SPANISH & English
- Detail oriented
- PROACTIVE
- Organized
- Flexible
- Available Monday to Saturday
This is a part-time job that requires schedule flexibility. Some days there will be little do to and some others more. There is no set schedule which means you can set your own but we strongly prefer somebody who is able to respond in a timely manner throughout the day)
