Position Summary:
OneView Commerce, Inc. is looking for a DevOps Intern in Austin, TX. Reporting to the Director of DevOps Engineering, the DevOps Intern will assist with the delivery of solutions into both non-production and production environments.
Responsibilities:
- Help integrate and configure test and security tooling as part of our build and release process
- Maintain technical documentation
- Help gather data for technical solutions and supporting internal company departments with IT related tasks
- Research technology and best practices
- Assist with building cloud infrastructure
- Assist in DevOps support with rapid responses, trouble-shooting, and triaging of issues.
- Must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and stay on top of current technologies
Required Skills/Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Python and shell scripting
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts such as IP addressing, routing, and DNS
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts
