Responsibilities
1. Working with the world's best game development team, participating in the entire process from the production to the online promotion of all kinds of exquisite games and themes, and feeling the joy our games bring to users in different countries and cultures;
2. Here, you can get close to and learn about the ByteDance data system, and feel its powerful data empowerment ability. Here, there are professional teams in the fields of data mining, algorithms, and AI. You can feel the joy of bursting of ideas, strong union, and reach your full potential;
3. You will work with a large number of data analysts to design the game's data analysis plan, discover data problems based on business indicators;
4. You can provide support for teams including data analysis, mining, and data products. Abstract and integrate the complicated operation behaviors of the players, and extract the key behavior points, which will contribute to the growth and optimization of the game.
Qualifications
1. Fresh graduates in 2021, bachelor degree or above, majors in statistics, mathematics, computing, informatics are preferred;
2. Love games and the Internet, and have an independent understanding of various types of games and Internet products;
3. Not only can you implement your skills in projects, but also be able to provide new ideas;
4. Skilled use of common data analysis tools and languages such as EXCEL, SQL, Python, R;
5. Clear thinking, rigorous logic, sensitive to numbers, and good at discovering problems from data;
6. Open-minded, good participation in teamwork, strong motivation and willingness to learn.
