Responsibilities
- Cooperate with the world's outstanding game development team to participate in the entire process of production and operation of high-quality games with various gameplay and themes. Start from scratch to its unlimited growth, and promote the game to users around the world;
- You can listen to the user's voice and learn about user behavior in various professional ways. You will be able to integrate the understanding of user requirements, behavior, and publishing major concern into the polishing and optimization of game products. With our resources and capabilities, you will lead the game content optimization, data analysis, customer service, community building, marketing planning and other tasks, and provide high-quality game content and services to the user;
- Cooperate with many excellent game designers and game operation experts around the world to communicate and learn in depth. Hence, you can quickly harvest the most cutting-edge game design and operation system and grow up fast from the fresher to the operation expert;
- We believe that you are the representative of the younger generation of game users worldwide and will be part of the top game operation team.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates in 2021, bachelor degree or above, major in any subjects, English or minority language is preferred;
- Have passion for games and the Internet, have an independent understanding of various types of games and Internet products;
- Not only can we execute effectively, but also have the courage to provide new ideas;
- Have empathy and be good at listening and understanding the needs of game users and partners;
- Open minded, good team spirit, have strong motivation and willingness to learn.
