1. Assist in the implementation of the global creator success strategy specific for gaming across video and livestream products; promoting the quantity and quality of content and increasing video consumption;

2. Developing best practices for creator onboarding and growth, educate through scalable programs;

3. Solicit ideas and feedback, conduct market and user research, write proposals and requirements, and coordinate cross-functionally;

4. Responsible for creating a database of gaming content creators, monitoring and analyzing performance of gaming creators on a macro-scale.

1. Fresh graduates in 2021, bachelor degree or above;

2. Deep passion for video content and live streaming platforms, mobile entertainment, and gaming; 

3. Being a core gamer and a frequent user of mobile gaming content is highly preferred;

4. Full professional proficiency in English, any second language is highly preferred.
