This individual independently plans, performs the moderately-defined responsibility for working with design teams and customers to understand the power intent requirements. Writes the design power specifications and its UPF. Validates UPF across our toolset and supports front/back end team on power aware implementation and verification. Extracts and analyzes pre-Si power number and works with front/back/power teams on enhancing power. Conducts reviews to ensure all power aspect of the design are meeting specified power budget and design quality. Works closely with our design verification team to help debug functional power intent issues. Act as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings.

Will accept a Master's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree field. Will also accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree field and five (5) years of progressive experience in a related occupation.
