Outside Sales Representative
The Outside Sales Representative will call on luxury custom home builders and residential custom home architects/building designers. The sales representative must be willing to cold call to grow new customer sales. The sales training program is 6-12 months and requires outdoor field service with some heavy lifting during the training program. Once the training period has been completed, the employee will continue to receive a weekly salary plus a monthly commission based off of the prior month’s sales. Upon completion of training, MGI will also provide the employee with a smart phone, a laptop, a monthly car allowance, and a toll tag.
