Arts Management Coordinator

Thinktown New York, the American-based division of Thinktown Education, is seeking a motivated Arts Management Coordinator to work full-time in our New York office. The responsibilities of an Arts Management Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
·Assist in managing art products and programs under supervision of CEO and Product Center
·Refine target market segment, develop timelines and establish coordination processes for new and existing art products.
·Build and manage relationships with a broad range of stakeholders on behalf of the Arts Program
·Assist in developing marketing strategies and producing promotional materials
·Assist in organizing and implementing marketing campaign
·Collaborate with art supervisors to design and improve the curriculum based on the needs of clients
·Assist art instructors and supervisors to design course contents and guidelines
·Develop and implement evaluation system for employees to control product quality
·Collect feedback from both internal and external users to optimize products
·Plan and hold art-related events, including public lectures and workshops
·Assist with onboarding and hiring of employees, vendors, and contractors for arts products
·Cooperate with art supervisors to take charge of internal training for the art products

The ideal candidate applying for this position should have:
·Fluency in Mandarin (written, spoken, and reading)
·A bachelor’s degree in art history, arts administration, or related field (master’s degree preferred) An interest in education and business with an entrepreneurial spirit
·Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
·Ability to support and collaborate with a small team
·Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
·Positive energy and results-driven attitude
·Flexibility, timeliness, and dependability
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office
·Anticipated start date: Immediate/Summer 2021
