The Construction Inspection and Management Branch (CIMB) provides a full-range of construction phase services for California’s public works projects such as museums and multi-story office buildings.
As the Construction Inspector II, you will be involved in:
- Visiting construction sites in various regions of California to perform quality assurance inspections to ensure quality construction and workmanship
- Ensuring contract and code compliance
- Overseeing the contractors and construction activity for construction projects
- ·Preparing progress reports and payment estimates
