Academic Program Coordinator

The University of Nebraska at Omaha is seeking an
Academic Program Coordinator
College of Information Science and Technology
This position performs specialized duties in support of the College of Information Science and Technology. The position provides coordination for assigned duties, serves as a point of contact to graduate and undergraduate students and prospective students. The position also provides coordination and serves as a point of contact for faculty on matters related to course management, program requirements, policies and procedures, and other administrative matters.
This position reports to the Associate Dean of the College of Information Science and Technology. The position involves specialized work in program implementation that is performed under limited supervision. The position performs a wide variety of duties of medium to high complexity. The incumbent in this position does inquiries, queries and generates standard reports from university systems. The position work collaboratively within the college and the university to analyze enrollment trends, coordinate events for the department, prepare annual and ad hoc reports, provide curricular support and course scheduling support, and support recruitment and admissions processes and other administrative responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s degree in Administration Education or closely associated degree
·        2 years of working in an area related to development of academic programs, experience with data analytics and/or reporting.
·        Will consider a combination of education and work experience.
