Affordable Housing Evaluator PPM II – TLT

This position will support King County's ongoing efforts to build a culture of data-informed decision making and evaluation within the framework of King County's efforts to build and preserve affordable housing and ensure housing stability for our residents. The position will support a varied portfolio of projects that may include DCHS’ efforts to ensure accountability to the recommendations of the Regional Affordable Housing Task Force, expand the County’s capacity to analyze local trends in the availability and cost of housing, evaluate the work of jurisdictions within King County to increase access to affordable housing, and measure the performance of King County programs aimed at preventing homelessness.

In partnership with subject matter experts, the incumbent will develop performance measurement strategies, create data tools, conduct research and performance evaluations, construct and refine data sets, develop data visualizations, and translate data into actionable information for stakeholders.
