Description:
Our bartenders provide our guests with fast, friendly, and attentive service, every time. They keep the bar neat and well-stocked so that it is always guest ready. They make thoughtful suggestions to our guests to enhance their EVO experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, assemble drink orders, operate point-of-sale terminals, and make accurate change
- Keep up-to-date with current promotions and new products
- Check back with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and drink orders
- Perform opening, closing, and side duties as required
- Practices responsible alcohol service and is able to recognize levels of intoxication
- Rings in all sales correctly before delivering drinks to guests
- Knowledgeable about bar menus, is able to suggestive sell
- Follow all food safety guidelines and standards
- Hold knowledge of bar menus
- Uphold EVO Entertainment's high standards
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Managers or General Manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume restaurant or bar is preferred
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Works calmly and executes job duties effectively under pressure
- Able to multi-task and serve several guests at once
- Practices responsible safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Be able to stand comfortable on your feet your entire shift
- Be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Food Handlers License
- TABC License
