Job Description:
To deliver friendly, great guest service in our restaurant and bar and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly manner, explain how our concept works, and make thoughtful food and beverage suggestions
- Keep up-to-date with current promotions and new products
- Check back with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and drink orders
- Perform opening, closing, and side duties as required
- Practices responsible alcohol service and is able to recognize levels of intoxication
- Rings in all sales correctly before delivering food and drinks to guests
- Knowledgeable about bar and restaurant menus, is able to suggestive sell
- Follow all food safety guidelines and standards
- Hold knowledge of bar and restaurant menus
- Uphold EVO Entertainment's high standards
- Deliver food and drinks to tables
- Bus tables
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Managers or General Manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a server preferred
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Works calmly and executes job duties effectively under pressure
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Be able to stand comfortable on your feet your entire shift
- Be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Food Handlers License
- TABC License
