As a Quality and Utilization Manager (Nurse Practitioner), you will be able to utilize your skills while planning, organizing, and supervising the activities of the unit staff, preparing the department for internal/external audits, and conducting utilization and quality management delegation audits. In addition, you will oversee and participate in the development and implementation of effective and efficient standards, policies, protocols, processes, reports, and benchmarks. These activities support and further enhance utilization management and timely access to care.
