Description
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives in line with organizational business objectives
  • Lead the organization’s HR department, including talent acquisition, training and development, organization development, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR information systems (HRIS) , culture development and financial planning of the department
  • Contribute to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and c-suite talent acquisition
  • Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
  • Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state and local legislation and regulations pertaining to all personnel matters
  • Reviews and makes recommendations to management for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on human resources strategies

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership position, at least 3 years in HR capacity 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work in high collaboration environment across functions and business teams
  • Experience of working in cross-culture environment - US-CN cross culture communication experience is preferred 
  • Solid business, planning and budget management acumen and high business analytical capability to optimize business decisions. Well skilled in strategic thinking and business strategy executions with proven successful record in business management
