JOB SUMMARY
All Native Group is seeking a Full Time Custodial Supervisor for a government facility in Huntsville, AL to provide support to Deputy & Program Managers in the oversight of the janitorial & facilities management services.
JOB DUTIES
- Supervises custodial functions performed
- Being on-site at the Main Facility whenever work is being performed by employees
- Tracks and manages employee training
- Conduct building inspections
- Provide client support
- Supervision of daily services
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in property accountability procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Promoting Process Improvement
- Analyzing Information
- Some college (Preferred)
REQUIRED SKILLS
- U.S. Citizen
- HS Diploma
- Must have at least 3 years of custodial experience
- Must have the ability to supervise others, demonstrate “quality customer service”, and good human relation skills
- Must be able to initiate and maintain good customer and co-worker relationships in a team environment
- Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks
