Client Success Intern

The Client Success Intern will have the opportunity to learn about account management best practices and how to strategically manage, maintain, and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and is eager to learn in a fast-paced and innovative environment. 

Since our office is currently closed due to safety concerns related to COVID-19, this internship will begin as a remote position. This may change as circumstances change.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing support to the Client Success Team
  • Update client database
  • Account setup, customization, and tracking 
  • Client check-ins via phone or email as needed
  • Client Success Projects as needed, including updating account features, client research, and reporting 

Job Requirements:
  • Availability beginning late July through Fall 2020
  • Able to work at least 15-20 hours per week Monday - Friday (Flexible hours that work with your schedule).
  • Able to maintain strong attention to detail while working on projects online for several hours at a time
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused while following a set process
  • General computer proficiency (can get things done online quickly and accurately)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to work from home (access to high-speed internet)
