Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Austin

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) evaluate and treat children who have been diagnosed with Autism or other developmental disabilities using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). BCBAs develop treatment plans focused on the cognitive, educational, vocational, and social challenges encountered by individuals with these developments. The BCBA works in a center environment and manages our Behavior Technicians while maintaining good communication with the families of our patients.

  • BT Support, Coaching, and Mentoring 
  • Participation in Company Wide Initiatives/Projects 
  • RBT Training
  • BCBA Supervision 
  • Participation/Dissemination in Educational Initiatives

Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in functional discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within ABA
  • Bachelor’s degree required in related field and master’s degree with ABA concentration
  • BCBA certification
  • Great communication skills
