Behavior Technician - Southwest Austin

Job Summary
Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (“BCBA”), the Behavioral Technician (“BT”) provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work 1:1 in the Home, School, and Community
  • Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity (under BCBA’s direction)
  • Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes
  • Communicate effectively with BCBA regarding learner’s progress 
  • Participate in on-going training and evaluation
  • Collect data on programs
  • Assist with parent training, and clinical assessments as needed
