Piano Instructor
Opus119 is seeking a qualified part-time instructor to teach piano students in all levels.
Lessons are conducted both on-site and remotely, depending on student and teacher's location and preference.
Opus119 is a music school located in Irvine, CA providing structural instruction of the highest caliber to K-12 students in Orange County. The institution firmly believes in training and supporting of its employees, encouraging growth in all instructors.

Duties at Opus119:
Teach private lessons
Bi-monthly recital assistance (on-site faculty only)
Preparation for Certificate of Merit (MTAC) when appropriate
Preparation for competitions and festivals
Keeping up-to-date on student music events in Orange County
Qualifications:
BM, MM, or DMA in Performance
Membership for MTAC required upon hiring
Strong ability to work with young children
Must have strong work ethics
Strong communication skills with students and parents
Highly organized
Self motivated
Compensation:
Competitive rate based on teaching qualification and experience
