Singapore Retail - Operations Supply Planner

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Job Description:
  • Improve items availability through good inbound planning
  • Collaborate with key account manager and warehouse team to align on inbound target
  • Monthly budget planning
  • Create PO in system including cross-dock items
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Exceptional sense of ownership and responsibilities
  • A high level of enthusiasm and commitment
  • A dynamic, result-driven personality
  • Strong interest to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguities and problem-solve in a logical manner

- Remuneration: competitive, meets national minimum wage legislation in Singapore
- Virtual interviews will be conducted in place of physical interviews for applicants outside of Singapore. 
- Work Visa Sponsorship will be considered for non-citizen successful applicants.
