BCBA, Clinical Supervisor

Your Day-to-Day @ Stable Life

·     Provide 1 on 1 ABA therapy to children in individual and group settings; center based and community 

·     Implement treatment plans 

·     Develop treatment plans (BCBA/BCaBA)

·     Research and develop methods for delivering ABA treatment services 

·     Track client’s progress through CentralReach data collection 

·     Analyze data and modify treatment plans as needed 

·     Conduct assessments (BCBA/BCaBA)

·     Train and supervise other team members (BCBA)

·     Participate and contribute to in-service training and staff meetings 

·      Pursuit of Higher Education (Recommended)

·      Supervisor experience a plus but not required (BCBA)

·      Maintain client confidentiality, protect personal information, and understand the importance of ethics

·      Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check/drug screening

·      Determined, “Go Getter”
