Entry Level Product Manager

Our PMs envision and build content and features across our websites to deliver unique value to our users, driving projects from start to finish and working closely with developers, designers, and marketing managers. Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
  • Understand customer needs and gather product requirements to improve engagement
  • Work with other product team members to drive content strategy
  • Define requirements for our development team and drive an agile implementation process
  • Work within a proprietary CMS, writing HTML and CSS, to make product changes

Job Requirements:
We are looking for passionate, creative, and driven individuals. We offer a competitive salary as well as a profit sharing program that substantially increases your overall compensation over time. The starting base salary for this position is $65-$75k with annual profit-based bonuses starting in the employee’s first year.
  • Bachelor's degree: new and upcoming graduates with a stellar academic background, demonstrated work ethic, and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Superb oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational/project management skills
  • Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated by proficiency in some technical skill (preferably related to web content/programming or data analysis)
 
Title: Product Manager (aka Program Manager, PM)
Position Type: Full-time
Compensation/Salary: $65,000-$75,000 DOE
