Cross Border e-Commerce Intern

Job Description:
  • Analyse cross border performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures
  • Monitor operational KPIs and identify pain points for sellers and buyers, providing recommendations on areas of improvement
  • Work with internal teams (e.g. BD, Marketing etc) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross border sellers and products
  • Coordinate cross border campaigns
  • Liaise closely with Key Account Managers to onboard new sellers and obtain sellers’ feedback
  • Send out daily status updates to the team on performance and upcoming activities

  • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
  • Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude

Time Period:
  • Full time (6 months with LOA) is preferred
